Verification Levels

Your level updates automatically as you build your rental history. Each level is visible on your public passport.

Fairhold Member

Bronze

You have a Fairhold account with at least one tenancy on record.

Automatically awarded when you join Fairhold and are added to a tenancy.

Verified Tenant

Silver

At least one of your tenancies has all condition reports signed by both you and the landlord.

Complete a check-in or check-out report and both parties sign off.

Trusted Tenant

Gold

Two or more verified tenancies, plus at least one landlord reference attached to your passport.

Build a track record across multiple properties and collect a landlord reference.

How does it work?

Your landlord or agent uses Fairhold for check-in and check-out reports

They invite you to the platform and create the property condition report together. You both see the same record.

Both parties sign off — you reach Silver verification

Reach Silver

You and your landlord each sign the same report. Once both signatures are collected, it locks permanently and your passport is upgraded to Silver.

When the tenancy ends, request a reference from your landlord

Reach Gold

After moving out, ask your landlord to leave a verified reference on your passport. With 2+ signed tenancies and a reference, you reach Gold.
