Record the property

Upload photos and videos at check-in or check-out. Every file is SHA-256 hashed the moment it's uploaded. The hash is stored permanently — any future alteration would be immediately detectable.

Both parties sign

The landlord (or agent) and tenant each sign off on the same report. Once both signatures are collected, the report is locked forever. No further edits. No exceptions.

Dispute-proof evidence

If there's ever a disagreement, you have a court-ready record: verified timestamps, cryptographic file hashes, and dual sign-off — all stored on immutable cloud storage with Object Lock.
